ABOUT US
3V Leader Success Zone is a student, parent, and community engagement approach to help inspire, encourage, and educate students, parents, and other stakeholders of the power of working together for the greater good of all students creating a path to college, career, and community involvement.
The curriculum that is provided by 3V Leader is based on the book "How to Become More Visible, Vocal, and Valuable to your Community" written by community development expert Charlie Caswell Jr. Charlie has over 15 years of experience as a community activist, 8 years the Executive Director of Rangeline Community Development Corporation a non-profit with a focus of "Putting the Neighbor back in the Hood" and the last 2 years as the Executive Director of Legacy of Legends CDC a non-profit with a focus of helping to mitigate Adverse Childhood Experiences.
Charlie Caswell is a leader who values collaboration as he teaches about this in his book. That is why he partnered with educator Patricia McNair who holds two master's degrees in education and administration and she is the founder of her own non-profit 5 For 5 Inc., which is a non-profit with a focus of creating home ownership with an education approach. Patricia helped to develop with Charlie Caswell the curriculums for the 3V After School Program and 3V Parent Ambassador.
